The client is the second-largest global sportswear manufacturer and the company behind the "their digital transformation strategy" strategy that committed over a billion euros to digital transformation through 2025. The 2025 results land at tens of billions in net sales, billions in direct-to-consumer revenue, and multi-billion operating profit with strong e-commerce growth. Their loyalty program with over 300M members operates across roughly fifty countries; e-commerce runs in sixty-five. Taller's engagement at this client has run continuously since September 2021, sourced through a staffing partner. The dominant workstream is the North America intelligent process automation program on UiPath — captured in Volume II under the RPA Automation Anywhere case with $2M+ annual cost savings. Adjacent workstreams cover Power BI analytics for the client's tech delivery hub (also captured in Volume II), an eCommerce/B2B/Retail platform-engineering pod under the client's tech delivery hub, Databricks data engineering, SAP integration and functional business-analysis capability, EDI engineering for B2B trading, and the Latin America tech infrastructure team service-management team in Brazil and Mexico. The three validated use cases below land in three of these adjacent surfaces.

The global sportswear manufacturer's operational data lived across disparate systems in North America and Latin America, with ServiceNow, SharePoint, and assorted Excel-based extracts feeding a fragmented reporting picture. Decision-makers in either region had to wait days for a synthesized view, which is exactly the latency that prevents data from changing operational behavior.
Solution

Taller built the regional dashboards by integrating ServiceNow data extraction with SharePoint, Power Query, and Power BI. The complexity behind a Power BI deployment of this kind sits at the data-contract layer between ServiceNow's incident-and-request model and the BI tools that consume it. Power Query handles the shape transformations between operational and analytic schemas; SharePoint becomes the controlled-vocabulary substrate where business owners curate dimension tables without depending on engineering for every change. The dashboards use complex underlying structures such as measure hierarchies, time-intelligence over fiscal-period boundaries, and region-conditional logic because the answer a regional VP needs is rarely served by a single chart.

The deployment produced actionable real-time operational insights for leadership across NAM and LAM, with operational decisions moving at the cadence the business actually requires.
Significance

Regional analytics in a global brand are a precondition for the operating model the business actually runs — global brand decisions made centrally, regional execution decisions made locally, with the data fabric letting both layers operate on consistent ground truth. The Power BI substrate is the artifact that makes the operating model coherent rather than political.
